The first of Thabane’s “top 2 fillies” for this year’s draft is MGEDE.
MGEDE (meaning cave) is by National Emblem, out of Country Hideaway (6 wins).
MGEDE’s Grandam, UP THE CREEK, was ARCSA Champion 3yo Filly with 8 wins including the Garden Province Stakes (Gr1) and the SA Fillies Guineas G1.
This is an outstanding first foal and will surely have her admirers.
