In as positive a vote of his faith in RAVISHING as you could conjure, “major domo”, Robert Muir, has placed R200,000 on deposit *, the cumulative value of which will accrue to the breeder of the best runner from RAVISHING’s first two crops.
The first son of the stallion phenomenon of the century JETMASTER, to retire to stud, SA Derby hero RAVISHING, joined the Summerhill stallion band one and a half months ago, and as he lets down, we notice by the day how appropriately he was named. Described by legendary trainer, Geoff Woodruff as “the most frustratingly talented horse I’ve trained, and by some margin, better than Horse of the Year ELUSIVE FORT,” RAVISHING wowed an audience approaching 600 at the recent Summerhill Stallion day, with his astonishing presence and show-ring good looks.
According to Stallion Bookings Manager, Linda Norval, RAVISHING is attracting widespread response from the breeding community and those that missed his grandsire RAKEEN and his own father JETMASTER when they first went to stud, seem intent on avoiding the same mistake three times.
