SENLIS : First Crop Classic Glory for High Chaparral

High Chaparral (Coolmore)Coolmore’s magnificent High Chaparral drank from the Classic chalice as a racehorse in the Derbys at both Epsom and the Curragh. On Sunday, he returned to the altar at the first opportunity as a stallion when his son Senlis won the opening Classic of the European season, Capannelle’s Gr.3 Premio Parioli. Out of Warning’s Gr.3 Premio Bagutta victrix Senebrova, Senlis looked a colt of the highest potential as he sealed victory in a matter of strides with a devastating turn of speed.
