Work rider at Summerhill Stud
Have you always lived in South Africa?
Yes
Most embarassing career mistake/experience?
Sending out a report to a group of owners which was only addressed to one owner who owned a completely different group of horses !

Pre training and sales manager
What constitutes a good weekend?
Going to the dam and having fun with friends on the boat

Gaja (in Japan)
What is the best thing about Mooi River?
Peaceful and lots of space

Pot holes
If you had to describe South Africa to someone who had never been here how would you do so?
We have armed guys walking around the paddocks at nights to protect the horses from wild animals … joke !!!!! It’s a lovely country with a diverse culture and open spaces. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in the world.
One thing a person visiting South Africa should definitely do?
Visit the Wild Coast
If you weren’t in racing what would be your ideal job?
Work in a competition yard or an animal rescue shelter
