The New Zealand Ready To Run Sale

Significantly, only two out of every three horses sold (clearance 66%) for these statistics remind us all once again of the exceptional value South African horses represent in general, and considering its excellent record in the production of Stakes winners, the standard of horses emerging from our Ready to Run sale in particular.
With results that reflect the broad buying bench of Australian, Hong Kong, Singaporean, Malaysian, Korean and local buyers in attendance at the New Zealand Sale, it was prominent New Zealand buyer David Ellis who topped the buyers list for the day. His four purchases for NZ$750,000 included a top price of NZ$250,000 paid for the Encosta de Lago filly out of Danehill mare Crystalina at Lot 63.
